We had a wonderful experience at the resort, enjoying the beautiful beach and engaging staff. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. However, our room didn't quite meet the high expectations we had based on the price, and some service was a bit inconsistent, with a few staff members seeming less welcoming than others.
